Pixie Goes To Her New Home (September 07, 2007) Today 7/9/08 Ragapost Precious Pixie (Pixie) went to her new home.
We were going to keep Pixie as a potential breeding queen, especially as she was our first surviving female kitten. But sadly she developed a tail fault which ruled out breeding from her. After much thought and consideration it was decided that it would be unfair to keep her and neuter her to be stuck outside in a pen so we let her go to a new, loving pet home.
Phil and Ania her new owners came and picked her up this evening. It was a very tearful and emotional farewell as Pixie was very special to me. Phil and Ania have very kindly said we are welcome to visit Pixie whenever we like and she has settled nicely which is also a big relief.
